Billing questions
What happens at the end of my free trial?
Your card is charged on day 8. You'll get a reminder before it happens. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes — you can switch plans at any time from the subscription settings. Switching to yearly is prorated.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds, but we don't charge you for the next cycle.
Is there a student or nonprofit discount?
